Still, it has great bark and super smokey flavor. Or on Thursday with an order for pickup at 6:30 pm running out of Brisket!? Pine shed ribs might be one the best spots to spot at after a whole day of playing on the river, rafting, wine tasting or even you are just driving by.

The system needed to be robust and quick even if many users would like to change lighting situations at the same time. Exterior appearance is very inviting, with a large pink pig on their sign. In addition injuries of the visitors were registered what led to extensive security doubts.

Casambi - Our food was brought out fast which was cool but the ribs were cold and had no flavor. The aquaculture serves as a flood water container and shows depending on working loads and density varying water levels.

We stopped in Saturday night to have some food and some drinks. We were excited to find out there was live music, the place was packed. We were welcomed in by a guy named Will who quickly took our order and got beers to us fast. We ended up staying for over a hr. We really enjoyed the evening. Thanks Pine Shed and thank you Will. Maybe it was an off day but was pretty disappointed with my lunch today. Brisket Sandwich: on the upside: the bread and sauce were good. On the downside: some of the brisket slices were ok but over half were dry and tough and some were not cut properly. On the downside they put some cheese sauce on top of penne pasta and didn't take the time to coat the pasta evenly then tossed some bagged shredded Parmesan cheese on top. It's a new place and hopefully they will get better. I ran into this place last year while traveling hwy. To be upfront on my rating I would have to share that I'm from Texas and grew up literally with a outdoor smoker with something always on it or on the grill so I may can be a bit more critical. As for this restaurant, from the moment you arrive you can smell the wood and flavorful bbq and a nice scent it is. I've always purchased the 3 meat sampler and really like the brisket, pork ribs and chopped pork. I haven't tried the other choices but expect outdoor bingen must be just as good as well. Friendly service and they have a nice selection of local beer on tap, some ciders and a few in can in you like. Overall, this place has something going for it. Heck, I'll actually go a bit out of my way or jump across river from Oregon aide just to get it. I liked this place until two days ago. I know it's probably difficult to run a business in Bingen especially a restaurant. That really isn't a outdoor bingen excuse for closing at 7:30 on a Wednesday. Or on Thursday with an order for pickup at 6:30 pm running out of Brisket. Pine shed ribs might be one the best spots to spot at after a whole day of playing on the river, rafting, wine tasting or even you are just driving by. Fulled up on some spare ribs or have the sampler, where you get a little of every delicious meet they make. Oh make sure you don't forget to order some of the sides dishes too, the pinto beans are truly one of the best I had, the white cheddar Mac don't fall back behind and the corn bread is just the perfect amount of moist, no butter required. Love the atmosphere and chatted with the owner who is very friendly. The brisket is really good but a different style from what I normally prefer. Still, it has great bark and super smokey flavor. We stopped in here while staying in Hood River and were pleasantly surprised. We each had a two meat plate, pork ribs and brisket, which are pretty much our go-tos. Great smoky flavor, nice sauce on the side - although meat is flavorful enough you don't even need the sauce. I also enjoyed the cornbread. Can't have bad service if you just provide no service at all so that's a bonus on this trip out. Walked in and was told where we could grab menus by the bartender. We grabbed them and sat down, selected what we wanted for dinner, set our menus outdoor bingen the edge of the table, waited. He headed past us on the third pass and just took a seat behind the bar. Even in self service I'd expect some form of attention as the only patron, at least telling us where we should come to order. Wish we could have tried the food but as a bar and restaurant owner I'll pass on service with that low of a standard. The 2 qualities that define good barbequed meat are 1 flavor and 2 juiciness. Pine Shed is about in the middle with both. The meat wasn't melt in your mouth good in texture and it was somewhat flavorless not even subtle flavors. Perhaps 1 and 2 can be improved with a marinade and 2 can be improved with fattier cuts of meat. Restaurant owners and also diners think they want lean cuts of meat but this is a mass delusion since fattier cuts are more satisfying to eat. The other areas that could make for a better eating experience include: 1 Regular plates to replace aluminum plates. Cutting into aluminum with a knife is odd. Perhaps butter knives was to deal with the problem with the aluminum plates. Warm the corn bread before serving. The corn bread was very good. There's the potential here for a good restaurant with some simple fixes. This two star review isn't because of the food. I have no idea what the food tastes like. I attempted 4 times to call in a to-go order and was put on hold twice. Both those times, after holding for over 2 minutes was hung up on. I then tried back two more times and it's went to a message telling me that their voicemail hadn't been set up yet. We were pumped to try out their food. They are also never open when their website says they will be. However not only was service weak at best the food was worse. My brisket which never made to my table and I had to get to go because it seems it was simply forgotten was dry and well let's just say boring. My first experience there was a 3 Star kind of dinner. I went with my family and we were given menus at the bar counter and told to go pick where we wanted to sit and then come back to the counter to order. We noticed the second group that came in after us sat down and they had water brought to them by the waitress but we didn't. They have a table with ice cups and water pitchers so I went to grab us water. Our food was brought out fast which was cool but the ribs were cold and had no flavor. More on the dry side. They forgot my dads chicken so I had to go ask for it and show my receipt that we did order it. I got the half sampler plate and the chicken was okay - I didn't eat it all because it was kinda pink still and I didn't want to risk getting sick. The sausage was good and so were my fries that I ordered as a side. I don't know if I would come back again but we'll see. Exterior appearance is very inviting, with a outdoor bingen pink pig on their sign. Upon entering it was a little frumpy in appearance. You come to a long counter, read the menu, place your order, get a number assigned, then you seat yourself and they bring your meal to your table. The Mac n Cheese was awesome, the cornbread was not something we would order again, the meats overall were perfectly smokey, moist and delicious tasting. We will come back in the future. Outdoor bingen was barely warm, under-cooked noodles with a sauce lacking in flavor. I asked a local guy where the lovely smell was coming from and he pointed at Pine Shed. I tried the pork ribs and the brisket. They were pretty low quality. Not much flavor and somewhat oversmoked. I have to admit the portions were very large. I left most of the meat behind. The red potato salad was home made, but kinda bland and mealy. The cornbread was edible, but nothing to write home about. Pine shed might be good as a place to drink beer or if you are really hungry and don't care about the quality of the food. No complaints about the service. The food came quickly, the server was friendly, helpful and cute. Maybe I just caught them on a bad food day. It wouldn't take much to improve the food, so I may try it again in six months or so. The Yelp reviews had me hopeful, but sadly this just didn't meet the rating for us. outdoor bingen My father-in-law had the pork ribs and thought they were tough, dry and fatty. The chopped pork was tender but fatty. Outdoor bingen sausage was fine, but the brisket was dry. The bbq sauce was average. The service was friendly and the beer on tap was large, local and good. Overall, I wouldn't come back. We were excited to find out there was live music, the place was packed. We were welcomed in by a guy named Will who quickly took our order and got beers to us fast.
